APPROACH + OFFERINGS
My practice + teaching approach is grounded in the foundations of movement, stillness, nourishment, and connection. I offer gentle yoga therapy, somatic strengthening, breath work, meditation, guided relaxation, and Christian contemplative prayer.
The practices are designed to help support your nervous system, foster presence, and create sacred rhythms in your everyday life. We can't think our way out of a stressed body and life. Knowing the information isn't enough. We need practices. My offerings are designed to shift your entire body + life out of stress, into a state of ease, peace and renewal.
These practices are simple and they are for everyone—if you can breathe, you can practice.
My offerings can be especially helpful for those of you navigating stress, anxiety, physical discomfort, emotional challenges, or simply seeking deeper alignment with your inner life and faith.
This is not a quick solution. My work is about creating space—space to notice, to feel, to heal, and to connect to what matters.
