Well-balanced yoga classes tailored to meet you where you are in the various seasons of womanhood (motherhood, midlife, aging). Practice includes somatic movement, stretch + release, breathing + meditation to help you heal and strengthen and recover. This class is about slowing down and paying attention and allowing presence and ease to unfold naturally. The breath, movements and stillness are all intentionally designed to nurture your nervous system back to its resilient purpose. This class is not about perfecting a pose. It's about a gentle, feeling-your-way back home to your body.
