My private yoga therapy sessions are tailored to meet you exactly where you are. There is no requirements or experience needed to begin. The sessions are a gentle unfolding through a partnership as we co-create techniques that are accessible and adaptable for you to meet your personal hopes and goals. These sessions integrate somatic movement, meditation, breathwork, and lifestyle reflections to help support where you are right now.

Each session is a safe, supportive space to explore what’s needed most in your life right now—physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
We begin with an intake, assessment and develop a practice. I will also provide you with suggested practices to do between our sessions.
In addition to 1:1 sessions, small group sessions can be done as long as all participants have similar abilities, goals and/or conditions. Contact me for pricing small group yoga therapy sessions.
$75 sessions for current clients practicing regularly with me in live, in-person classes.
$100 for non current clients.
